Every Miim is drawn on the server the moment it is granted, never when you open it. The figures on this page are read from the constants the draw itself uses, so what is published is what is drawn.

Pity and guaranteed slots raise your real chances above the base rates: when one applies, the draw skips the lower tiers and keeps the proportions of the tiers above. The distributions below are the ones used in those cases.

Pity

Pity counts the Miims drawn in your packs since your last Rare or better and, separately, since your last Legendary or better. The Miim that reaches the threshold is guaranteed to be of that tier or better; each counter starts again as soon as you draw that tier or better, guaranteed or not. Welcome geodes do not count.
